NIce place to stay very close to all amenities

Pros: It was close to downtown Denver and they offer a hotel shuttle service. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful.
We had an ok experience at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean. The shuttle employees were nice and recommended good places to go to in town. There were only two things I was not too happy about. First, we did not get the room that we reserved. The original reservation was for a two bedroom, two bathroom with a loft hotel room. I reserved and payed for the room a month in advance but when we arrived they said that those rooms were already full. Instead, we got a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom hotel room. It made the bathroom situation hard for us because we were a group of 4 adults and 3 children. The second thing I really disliked was the lady that was in charge of the breakfast area. Even though, we had arrived an hour before breakfast closed, she kept reminding all of us that breakfast will be over in 45 minutes, 30 minutes, 20 minutes, and so on. We felt rushed the whole time we were eating. Also, they had a delivery guy that kept coming in through the breakfast area with a dollie full of boxes. People had to move out of his way for him to get through to the kitchen.

great walking distance to lots!

Pros: location
Cons: cleanliness
Location: aquarium, food, bars, bus
We would stay here again because of the convenience of the location and because we had a full kitchen to cook some of our own meals. The beds were super comfy but the hotel was not as clean as I would expect. The staff was super helpful!

A good hotel in Denver

Pros: Location was good and the free Shuttle service to and from downtown was extremely helpful
Cons: The mattress on the pull out coach was very thin and uncomfortable
This is a comfortable and affordable hotel in Denver

Great Service, Nice place

Pros: Justice at the Front Desk!
Cons: Patio Seating.
Location: We headed straight for the mountains!
Justice at the front desk is a ROCK STAR! We arrived at 4:00 on Saturday (The night of the first Adele concert, and was 5th in line to check. I noticed that there was only one person at the desk and she was multi tasking like a BOSS. Checking people in, handling the Shuttle on the CB, answering the phone... The line went quickly and when I finally got up to the front, she was as professional as could be. I must admit that I would have had a bad attitude at that point, were I the one behind the desk. Not her. She was delightful, helpful, and funny. She seemed to work late into the evening and was there bright and lovely again the next day. I would recommend the place based on her alone. The free breakfast was great - more that just bagels and fruit. Eggs, sausage, BISQUITS AND GRAVY! Yum!! As for the stay, it was nice enough. The room was comfortable and well equipped. My only real complaint is about the outdoor accommodations. The "patios" are basically unusable without chairs or outdoor seating of any kind. My wife and I went outside for a glass of wine after the kids were asleep and had to sit on the railroad tie wall. Kind of a bummer. Plus, the air conditioners are SO loud that it's difficult to have a conversation. I realize the latter is out of anyone's control, I just thought that should be noted in case someone bases their stay on having a "patio." Lastly, housekeeping didn't refill our coffee or unload the dishwasher. No big deal. Just a little inconvenient.

Close to Our Event

Pros: Location and love the space in the rooms
Cons: Mattress on the fold out and carpet is so old
Location: concerts and shopping downtown
Nice location for concerts at the Pepsi Center. We just walk over and don't have to hassle with parking. Nice space and general daily cleanliness. Love the kitchen facilities. We've stayed here, once a year, over the past 3 years. Love the breakfast and layout of the rooms, but some updating is in great need. New carpet and new mattresses on the fold outs would be in order. Also, the ceiling fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and there was actually dirt on the ceiling above the fans. Other than that, we will stay here again.

Not what I was expecting from a Marriott property

One person was running a very busy check-in desk, when it was my turn she started answering phone calls while I stood there, the room was listed as a 2 bedroom, the 2nd bedroom was the single room downstairs and the bed pulled down from the wall. The bathrooms were in bad shape and needed to be redone, the furniture was old, there were not enough parking spots. I wouldn't stay here again. On the plus side though, it is in a great location for visiting downtown or seeing a Rockies or Broncos game.
