I have seen the police here 4 times in the last 3 days. Walking barefoot on the linoleum turns your geet black. The internet is often less than 5 Mbps. They never seem to have many rooms available but the parking area can usually handle 49 more vehicles. Often the next door Skate City patrons park here and there is still plenty of parking. Also homeless in the stairwells occasionally or outside and some sleep in their cars.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I understand - we just got our furniture delivery and our 3rd mattress delivery, we have completed half the hotel with new vinyl in the kitchen and baths. We are working hard to get those updates in place. Laundry baskets???

No daily servuce. Had to go get our own clean towels. Loud all night long. The bed had springs popping out the sude if it. Terrible

Cons: Everything
Unsavory characters all over this place. Police came with a police dog to arrest a resident there. Overall a scary place.

Very clean

Very disappointed with night staff. We checked in late from attending my daughters wedding. They were very friendly, but. We asked for a wake up call to meet with family before they left town on Sunday. No wake up call~ ☹️ Missed saying Good-bye and Thank you for making the trip. I'm hoping it was a overlook.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Nothing, tear it down.
Location: The neighbor hood is going down hill too, possibly because of this place.
This place has a good look from the outside, but once inside it takes on a totally different feel. I think it is used by drug dealers. The second night of my three day stay, the fire alarm was set off intentionally and stayed on for 45 minutes, not much sleep after that. I did check out before the third night and Travelocity did return my money for that night. Never again, you you should not have it as a option on your website. No need for others to stay there.

Don't stay here!!!!

Where do I start - the room was very dirty and the sheets were stained .. There were people hanging out in the parking lot that had lots of trash all over the place .. I told the front desk I wanted my money back and was told I had to contact travelocity - I did and the hotel still ripped me off for 2 days.. I received horrible customer service, paid for a room that I did not stay in and was disrespected ..I would not recommend this hotel.. Keep looking ..
