Most of the front desk staff spoke very little English and seemed unable to explain what was where on the facility map. (They made it sound like there was a BBQ restaurant next to the facility, but it was just an onsite grill for guests to BBQ their own food. The in room jet tub worked, but the adjustment knobs did not and the tub looked decades old. The stopper was broken and it was difficult to get the water to stop draining out. My key stopped working after the first day and they had to reset the lock with a master key. They said it happens every few weeks with THAT room, but management won't replace the lock. They also forgot to give us a card to let us into the pool. One of the reasons I booked this room was that they claimed to have Wi-Fi. They Wi-Fi was NOT included and had to be purchased for $9/12 hours and was only good for ONE device! On top of that, it was the slowest connection I've had since the old dial up modem days! They even said it was a slow connection and not suitable for VPN or large upload/download. (The main thing I needed.) Bait and switch. The only thing good about this motel is the location. If I go back to this area, I will drive further and stay in a nicer place. (For the price I paid, I expected much, much more!)

The property is dated, which was fine. Nice that a family of 5 can stay in 1 room, making it more affordable. However, our bathroom had hair and Cheerios on the floor. The biggest disappointment is no wifi. You could pay for it but it was only good for 12 hours and it was very unreliable. Hard when you run your own business. Wish I would have known this prior to booking. Also had a fellow with personality disorder outside our room, pacing back and forth, kicking garbage can and staff was right there, yet they said and did nothing. Disturbing when you have kids with you and you don't feel comfortable letting your older teenage daughters walk across the way to the pool on their own.

Mattress was ancient and sunk in the middle. Bathroom showed obvious patches, water valve either did hot or cold only. Smelled like disinfectant. Wifi was out.

Clean but musty smell from carpet. Staff great. Misleading info says WiFi. Once there you discover there is a daily fee and then limited to no reception. Food at adjacent restaurant had many options. Not fine dining.
