Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback for our hotel. It is very helpful for us so we can work on the mistakes that occurred. I am very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. I have passed on this information to our Directors we can address any issues. I will say that we are in the process on upgrading our property to bring it back up to current standards. This last winter we renovated around 70 of our units and are planning on doing another 100 this upcoming season. Thank you for providing this review. While nearly all of our rooms have at a minimum a two-range burner, we do have our Spa Studios that do not have a cook-top. This is valuable information! I hope you were able to enjoy your spacious and efficient room while you were here. On your next visit, we would love to show you some of our other accommodations.
