We had a really poor experience, we're very disappointed. So much wasted potential. Great views but that's about it.
Some observations-
Dingy bathroom
Rag like towels
No ventilation in the second bedroom, the door is locked. The main room has a window so we left it open just a little bit for ventilation.
Dingy carpet
Cheap quality breakfast
Shocked to see the microwave in the breakfast area.
Overall this felt like staying at a cheap motel.
We couldn't wait to get out this morning.

Firstly, thank you sharing your feedback and considerable concerns with our establishment. We are deeply sorry that you did not have an excellent experience. We are always looking to improve, and shall use your feedback to make meaningful upgrades. Continuing, our linens are professionally laundered. Further, the locked door in the second room is the balcony outside the front of the hotel, and is locked for guest safety. The microwave in the breakfast area is quite useful for hotel guests during breakfast hours and outside of them. Regardless, thank you for staying at the Cliffhouse, and providing invaluable feedback.

Love the views! Workers were lovely but coffee at breakfast could be better and hotter. Over all a wonderful experience and plan to return:)

Beautiful property. The view is amazing. Bed is uncomfortable. No tissues in the room. Room kinda has a hospital type smell to it.

People and location are wonderful however….the shower controls are very worn and hard to use and(possible related) would not maintain water temperature. The next morning the power was out….#9

Our room looked nothing like the one advertised on Travelocity. It certainly was not as nice as the room That was pictured. We had an ocean view which was marvelous. The views were spectacular and the restaurant on site was absolutely fabulous. The rooms need a remodel.
