Please stop using poison bait rat traps. Snap traps or electric ones are more effective and prevent poisons from entering the food chain.

Listen. I'm no pushover. This hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked Hotel Mission de Oro because of the restaurant menu. The food was excellent with a good variety for every taste, kids too. I would go to this place just to eat if I lived closer. And I was glad to see security staff roaming about also. Believe me, I don't give out good ratings so a whim. It was worth a few extra dollars to stay here in my humble opinion.
