The staff were good at using the video surveilance system to run off the vagrants wandering through the parking lot looking in cars. Dont keep anything in your vehicle that is worth breaking your window to get. That means nothing in your car because breaking a window is nothing.

This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Motel 6. I arrived at 2pm and asked if any rooms where ready. The person behind the counter told me, rooms were still being cleaned but would be ready at 3pm. She also told me that their payment system was down so I had to pay with cash. I had reserved two room for two days, with taxes that came to over $1100. I came back at 3pm as instructed with $1100 in cash to pay for my rooms. I was told that one room was ready but I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the second room. I was also told that their payment system was now up and running and that they preferred I pay with a card, no big deal, I paid with my card and went to my room. When I arrived at my room house keeping was still in there. I asked how much longer and she said a couple more minutes. It took her an entire hour to get my room ready. Not how I wanted to spend my first hours after a 13 hour drive. Once I entered I noticed a very strong smell of cigarettes so strong I had to get back in my car and go buy a bottle of Fabrezee. After spraying everything down, I decided to take a shower. I sat on the toilet to get out of my clothes and almost fell off. Both the toilet seat and toilet were completely loss. I then close to door to the restroom and saw a very suspicious satin on the wall. Not sure what it was and I was not about to find out. I decided to cut my trip short and checked out the very next day.

Where You are just a number and a dollar sign mot

Had to wait 45 min. to check in. I am 100% disabled and on a walker was put on 2nd floor with no elevator. Refused to exchange my room for 1st floor,even though guests were still checking in.The dead bolt did not lock and the motel is located in a very UNSAFE neighborhood.They refused to do anything about it the first night, 2nd night maintenance removed backing plate from door jam leaving screws from lock on the floor. Staff was very rude and did not offer any solutions
