I specifically asked for a wheelchair friendly room. Instead, they gave me a very very small room that the wheelchair went into as far as the bathroom door had to help my wife who is wheelchair-bound by hand her walker would not even fit around the bed.

Everything was nicely done Staff personal was accommodating when needed. The room was clean but there were not enough towels for three persons and only one box of tissues. Staff was notified and the situation was corrected

I will tell you first what I didn’t like. When I was on the internet I couldn’t find a direct phone number to inquire about pet fees. I was exhausted and just wanted to take a shower and sleep after driving all day. So I gave up and went on Expedia. I searched for a pet fee for the pet friendly hotel but I couldn’t find it anywhere. If should have been clearly included on fees. I couldn’t even add my pet. I paid my non- refundable hotel fee and when I got to the hotel I had to pay an outrageous amount close to the cost of another room for my tiny dog to stay there.. I was put on the spot because my hotel fee was already paid 😡😡😡 . I will never make this mistake again! Using online booking that is not the hotel directly is a way to take advantage of good people 😡😡😡 I will never use Tru by Hilton because of this experience. What I liked is it was clean and the shower was nice and had a powerful water pressure.
