"I booked this hotel for a one night getaway from the kids and although our stay was OK there was definitely a few minuses. Hotel was beautiful with free on site parking. Customer service personalities upon entry were somewhat robotic but not horrible. When we entered our room we noticed that it was a good looking/upscale room, but the sheets had not been washed, there were towels thrown around, and there was a bag of the last guests garbage on the counter. We phoned the receptionist and she immediately upgraded our room without charge. New room was clean and larger- which we liked. The only negatives at that point was that some counter top items had to be paid for like, the bottles of water, and there was no toothbrushes or tooth paste so we had to do without. The pillows were also way too soft. The bed was very comfortable though. Lastly we ordered a bottle of wine from the bar but all the prices were steep. A bottle of wine was nearly $60. There were a few amenties like a sit down bar, snack bar, a restaurant, amd a pool but we didnt utilize any of those since we were only there for one night. Overall we had a decent time but we will not be returning "…""I booked this hotel for a one night getaway from the kids and although our stay was OK there was definitely a few minuses.
