To be honest the front desk staff was friendly and helpful but upon arrival there were crickets in the area around the check in desk and hallway to the elevator and was that way both days, also the young man that was supposed be be taking care of the breakfast room didn’t do his job had to ask him to refill things both days and he never wiped down tables in order to have a clean table. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were there for a bowling tournament and didn’t have a choice of finding somewhere else to stay we would have left. Sorry, I hate to be negative but thought it needed to be reported

Great staff

Pros: good location, close to food and local attractions.
Location: Zoo, Japanese gardens, botanic gardens, water gardens, Mall
Great front desk staff, very helpful with directions and Savanna what especially helpful!!

Nice as long as prices stay reasonable

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
The staff was very kind and courteous. The hotel was very clean. The pool and hot tub although small looked the cleanest that I have seen in ages (wish I had brought my suit). If the prices stay reasonable, we will stay here every visit to ft worth.
