Hotel in airport flight path. Although Room assigned to us was surface clean and neat, it smelled musty and damp. Desk clerk offered to change rooms and showed us a different room. Room size and bathroom was too small to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. We did not stay here. Because we used Travelocity, NO REFUND. Will not be using T again!

We would not stay here again. We chose this hotel based on so many recent 5/5 reviews and so few negative reviews. We agree that the two guys at the front desk were very nice & friendly and we could smell the bleach on the sheets (which was strangely comforting with Covid spreading like it is) HOWEVER the rooms were very dated. I wouldn't say they were nasty, but I wouldn't say they were clean either. The furniture was old and worn (we had two rooms - one room with two queens and the other room with a chair and a sofa bed). The upholstered furniture had tears and burn holes on them; the carpet was stained; there was trash/toilet paper under the sofa bed when we pulled it out; and although we requested non-smoking rooms the air freshener was almost as intrusive as smoke would have been and the bedspreads had cigarette burns in them. Thankfully the sheets and pillowcases looked and smelled clean. Even so, it was a long night. If we'd have had another option, we'd have left and gone somewhere else.

Location is good for the price. They are renovating. Should be really nice when the are done. I stayed in a non renovated room and it was good. Pool was a good size. Free breakfast was good.

Do NOT be fooled by the pictures

Pros: NOTHING !!
Cons: EVERYTHING !!
Location: Off the highway easy access - next to another hotel (I suggest you stay there )
Reserved my room for a reasonable rate . Saturday morning they had already charged my card not a reasonable rate for the room - then once my daughter and I checked in they put another $100.00 hold on my card . At no time during booking this room was it mentioned that they would be putting such a fee on my card - still waiting for my money to be posted back to my card . Was told that would take 2 - 3 business days . So in short I am still waiting on $125.00 to be given back to me . Upon checking in we were put in a room on the 3rd floor - when I ask if we could have something on a lower level for my daughter who is a below the knee amputee I was told no that she could either us the elevator or walk the 3 flights of stairs . We did check out the elevator - but did not feel safe using it - so my daughter walked the three flights of stairs . We checked in at 3 PM and there were still plenty of rooms available that would have accommodated her . To say that this staff was rude would be an insult to rude people . These guys take it to another level . I will NOT EVER stay at this hotel again !! And frankly , makes me rethink Quality Inn all together .

DISAPPOINTED ALL AROUND

Pros: PROXIMITY
Cons: POOR MAINTENANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE-TOILET WAS CLOGGED- REPORTED IT; WAITED 20 MINS; NO ONE SHOWED UP; FINALLY WE GOT A PLUNGER AND DID IT OURSELVES
THE ROOM SMELLED -THE SHOWER CURTAIN WAS TOO SMALL AND TOO OLD OUT-THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE

not fancy, but great for sleeping + breakfast + $

Clean, comfortable, a few steps above motel 6, great for the "don't need to be fancy" traveller. Breakfast buffet was outstanding: eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, hash browns, waffles, yogurt, toast, juice, rolls, plus cereal for the kids --my family living in town was jealous. Staff bent over backwards to please. Room showed its age (so do I), but all was sparkling clean. Mattress, pillows, and linens were wonderfully comfortable. Towels were thick and fluffy. Room had no mustiness or stale odors. A/C cooled down nicely. Elevator was out, but I didn't mind the walk up to my third floor corner room. For the price, this place is a jewel! I will definitely stay here again!
