I liked the ambiance. The people who visit are really nice and happy to be there it seems. there's plenty of movement. The location of the restaurants and entertainment also allows the casino players to enjoy the ambiance. I like that I can sit at the small cafe and eat while enjoying the casino and where I will be going to play. I like that the parking is easy access. I like that the property is big and even on busy nights there's plenty of places to walk to and to enjoy. I like that it has a shuttle to visit the outlets and the boardwalk and the other casinos. I did not like that the front desk people are not friendly or happy to see you. Hospitality is your name and they don't seem to care. I did not like the cleaning person knocking on my door with a metal at about 9:30 am to wake me up. I told her that we were sleeping and she insisted on telling me that it was my job to place the do not disturb paper on the door. No matter what I said she said i should have done it because 'how would i know no one was there' she said. I said check out is at 12pm and she can check the last time the key was used. She kept talking I just left it at that .then. I did not like that the bath tub was clogged, veeeeeeeeery slow to empty the tub dirty water. No one that worked there greeted me with a happy smile or happy to see you, nothing, The only person that was nice and looked happy and was working diligently and was focused on his job was the parking doorman? All around descent hotel considering its a hotel only. Parking is waaaaay over priced and i believe outsourced from showboat which would make sense. I would stay there again but only at a very fair price though. Staff was great.
