I requested a low floor because I won’t take elevators due to a fear. They put us on the 5th floor. At check in we were told the person that assigned the rooms must have not seen the note for our low floor request. The front desk moved us to the fourth floor but the key cards don’t work on the fourth floor, so we had to move back to the fifth floor. Having to go up and down the stairs wondering if we could get out on our floor or not was quite nerve wracking, all the while needing to use the restroom (which is located in the basement). Very disappointing and could have been easily avoided by simply reading a request note.

Check in was not very friendly or helpful and parking is not provided. I also woke up with bug bites on both days of my stay. Rooms are run down and not very clean. The only window looked out to a brick wall. Guests upstairs were very loud. Will never stay here again.

Not even close to other city flats we’ve stayed in. Would have been the same to stay in motel six for less than half the price
