I had a really nice stay at the Doubletree. Customer service from Julian at the desk was especially good. I feel like he went out of his way to make my trip comfortable and assisted with my requests. Room was nice and clean. And having the Round Bar restaurant was also nice and convenient. I enjoyed some meals and wine there. The only thing I would suggest is more trash bins in the rooms. I had a suite and had only one trash bin so I had to use my ice bucket and a plastic bag for my trash. But overall, great stay and want to mention again customer service from all staff at the desk was great!

My room was not ready for two hours after check in. I had a small gathering planned on this big suite and had to push it all back. It was very embarrassing. I booked this room two months prior. I even tried to reach Travelocity to discuss some kind of compensation. The hotel said they could not compensate me because I booked through a third party, Travelocity. This experience definitely will effect my future use of Travelocity. I paid $350 for a room I couldn’t even use when I booked in 2 months advance. Very disappointed.
