The entrance to the arc property was literally right across the street from the main lobby. Easy walk to bush stadium.

Don't do it. Do not stay at this hotel. It's dirty, old I literally didn't want to stay there but my flight got in really late and I was exhausted and still couldn't sleep. I should have realized the things to come when I saw the condition of the transportation van that picked me up from the airport, absolutely horrendous. Second worst hotel I've stayed in my entire life, 0 out of 10. I would have preferred to sleep in the airport over this hotel.

Booked a King Bed. "None available" at check-in. First room, new wall HVAC unit had plug sitting on floor...no 240 outlet for it. Relocated to second room: catch plate on door misaligned...so deadbolt inoperable. Would only close properly when slammed--hard. Reported to desk-- response was "sorry". In fairness, furnishings and room very clean and tidy. Breakfast bar clean but underwhelming choices.

Shower did not work well. Halls and rooms were not very clean. Found dirty towel in room. Beds were uncomfortable. Best thing going was close to airport.
