The pool was very dirty and my kids refused to go to the pool. It looked like someone pooped on it...went to management and they just basically looked at it and watch us walk out of the pool room. We picked the hotel to have our kids swim. And we couldnt use the pool. I would like some money back for i feel inwssted money on something we couldnt use.

We checked in late Xmas night and the front desk person was so friendly and cheerful, he made a stressful travel day really much better. We will always stay at the Holiday Inn Express when we travel from the airport.
