the beds had bed bugs, It was notably dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The smell was extremely overwhelming. When we went down to the pool, there were large portions of debris and hair in the water which deterred us from wanting to use it. The jets were not running either which left us skeptical of whether or not the water was filtered.

We arrived later then expected. We went through a 3rd party booking and all details were not shared with property. We were traveling with a wheelchair and had 2 rooms booked; one for an accessible roll-in shower and one for a double queen room. We called when flight was delayed and assured the rooms were across the hall from each other. We arrived and the night manager was extremely nice and explained our booking didn't show the accessible room, and it wasn't ready due to a large group over the weekend, but would be ready by breakfast time that morning. We took the 2 doubles that were in 2 separate halls and were moved to 2 rooms a few rooms apart after breakfast. Rooms were clean and the pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was not what we expected and they don't serve it every day, but we went out or store bought for most meals anyway. The hotel was newly remodeled and the accessible rooms leave a lot to be desired. The doorway to the bathrooms is a tripping hazard (in our regular room too)and the wheelchair doesn't roll into the shower. It does have a nice bench and my mother was happy with the shower itself (wants one like it) The pool looked beautiful, but we didn't have suits with us 😕. They had hot coffee and cold water available in the lobby. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. I would stay again, not with someone in a wheelchair.

Never had a chance to stay there they cancelled our reservations they said they where overbooked.

The hotel didn’t have an elevator. I had never been to a hotel without an elevator. The bath tub was filthy. I had to go to the nearest Wal-Mart to grab a All purpose solution with bleach and Cleaning Eraser to clean the tub. After I got done cleaning it looked like a brand new tub. I think the staff need to be properly trained how to clean. But everything else was fine.
