We had reservations for 11/- 11/5. We showed up on 11/3 hotel was closed. After many phone calls, the person said that they called me on 11/2 and left a message that the hotel was closed?? No email no anything else. No let me help you secure a new reservation. The manager was cold, no apathy. Had to spend double on new reservations.

At least we had a place to sleep
Pros - No Bed Bugs, Cold AC, staff is good, the TV does have a good selection of channels but it’s not a smart TV Cons - Bathroom door got stuck and the swat team has to break it down every time you wanna open it, the front door lock didn’t work, the bathtub was kind of gross and had no stopper and a lot of mildew, the bed creaked a whole lot, the room we booked several months in advanced wasn’t actually available and we didn’t get a single dollar for getting put into a different room, the pool was peeling and kind of just old and needs renovation and when it rains it drips into the pool, the Wi-Fi barely works, shower stopped having hot water the last 2 days

The hotel was great. My only issue was the room was not that clean. The staff were great. The hotel is not far from the highway and near to a lot of places to eat and Shop. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Although there was a big wedding in the hotel, we stayed on the other side and had a good night sleep. The pool was open and my kids enjoy a lot.
