I book for a king size and did not get it, when arrived they said room with double bed only. Not happy

Very poorly maintained. My fridge didnt work and my shower had no showerhead. Paint was chipping on ceiling.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP. NO HOT WATER, NO HAND TOWELS AND ONE TOWEL FOR TWO PEOPLE. REFUSED TO GIVE MORE. STAFF VEEY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. If you think you get what you paid for, you paid too much.....

Thank you for voicing your concerns. I am so sorry that your stay was a negative experience. After check in you requested extra pillows due to the fact that you felt they were flat. You were promptly given two extra pillows and a additional comforter. You did state that you had towels but that you had dirtied them all trying to remove a stain and your son asked for more. I was not present when your son came down and spoke with our third shift staff. However housekeeping is not available until 9a.m. and we have extra supplies at the front desk. We are always happy to help if you need something so it seems like there must have been a miscommunication somewhere. We are experiencing longer wait times for hot water and it may require extra time to wait for it to reach certain rooms. I would have been more than happy to give you a discount for the hot water issue. Unfortunately as I explained to you at check out you booked through Expedia. It was a prepaid virtual card and because of that our system is not able to issue any credits. This can only be done through Expedia. We thank you for your feedback and wish you luck on all your future travels.

Usually I really like this hotel - always been satisfied - older and a bit "worn", but clean and comfortable. However, this time there was barely lukewarm water. And no, I let it run plenty long - like 10 minutes! I like that it's got a grassy area for the dogs to potty and they're very accommodating with putting you in a room located as requested.

In the very cold months it can take a little while for the hot water to get to the ends of the halls. If you decide to stay with us again please do not hesitate to ask for a lower numbered room to ensure good hot water. At time of check in room was found to have trash in drawers and a needle on bathroom floor. I had gotten this room for my mother and her friend. I advised the on duty desk clerk who first said he would have the room cleaned. I then asked for another room and the clerk reassigned another room.

It was really nice and had a home feel to it. It was a really nice place and the service and the people were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
