Would Definitely Stay Again
The room was VERY wheelchair accessible and comfortable. The staff were very nice. The free Wi-Fi was awful and not secure and the coffee in the lobby was never refreshed after breakfast. The breakfast was good, though.

Amazing Customer Service
Absolutely wonderful front desk staff! The very kind lady that checked us in was the epitome of customer service! She went out of our way to move us to a room close by our duet partner (we were in town for a dance competition)! Then the next night she made accommodations for us to use one of the conference rooms for a quick 15 min rehearsal for the girls to practice their routine! Overall wonderful experience!

The staff at this SpringHill Suites were phenomenal. Special shout out to Cynthia who has been a great member of their team for many years. The housekeeping staff, the bartender, the front desk every employee was great. I travel a lot for work and this is one of the best managed hotels I have seen at this price point. -Scott

I was really looking forward to staying at Springhill. The area was nice around the hotel, was in a safe spot, staff was nice, however, our room had a spot where the floor was coming up, the fridge in the room didn’t work, the door to the shower room didn’t close all the way, and the faucet in the half bath wasn’t secure.

Irma made a difference
Irma the lady for the breakfast service was so lovley and helpful. Her chipper demeanor was welcomed in the morning. When I couldn't open the gym door (due to human error) she left her post and came to help. She didn't even laugh at me, although I did. We had a nice little chat about my work and why I was in town over my breakfast. When you are away from home and loved ones it's comforting to share a conversation with someone. The lady that checked me in was also quite pleasant and welcoming although I did not catch her name as I was extremely tired.
