The property was very trendy and cute. However, we came into town late that night. Upon trying to shower there was no hot water. We thought we would try again in the morning, but there was still no hot water at all. I went to the front desk to inquire about another available room and there wasn't any staff around. I went looking for someone and found them within 5 mins. They moved us to the room next door which also did not have hot water either. We let it run for 15 mins to try to give it time to warm up. This did not work. We will never stay at this place again. Also there was no door to the restroom so the cold air from the air conditioner made the ice cold shower even worse.

Rooms were not clean. Dog hair on furniture. WiFi wasn’t available and we only had access to one channel. We complained to staff and nothing was done. Up keep of hotel was nice and very modern but that’s about it. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone!

When I arrived no one was at the desk I waited for 10 minutes before other guests arrived then after 20 minutes the clerk came off the elevator with no concern at all at the fact that there was several guests waiting to be checked in. When she checked me in she asked my name , insert my payment and gave me my room key! NO other words at all. She was rude and didn’t tell me what was open or closed bc of covid and check out was when or nothing I definitely won’t be staying at the Katy location again! I should followed my first mind and went back to the galleria one! Oh guess what NO ONE AT THE DESK WHEN I LEFT THIS MORNING! What kinda of business or customer service is that?

Check in staff was not friendly. Had to wait a long time in the lobby to check in and out. Tried to check out via room phone but no one answered. Staff refused to add points to my membership.

New property,less than a month old, and the staff all seemed like they had been there much longer. Friendly, great workout faciliry, and very comfortable bed. A downside is the room has limited storage space, but not so bad that we would not stay there again.
