We loved our stay at the Hapuna Beach Resort! The staff are so friendly and great and the views from the room were amazing, especially being able to watch the sunset every night! We were there for a babymoon trip, just my wife and I before baby #2 comes and enjoyed the adults only pool with poolside service from staff, and the beautiful clean beach with family friendly waves. The weather was sunny everyday with relatively little humidity, which is hard to find elsewhere on the big island. Can’t wait to come back!

Every room has a view of the ocean. Umbrellas on the beach for guests was great. Some construction noise but not a big deal

Liked: The property was beautiful and clean. Staff was great Didn’t Like: Got charged for parking but Travelocity website and receipt show parking is free No laundry on site Restaurants by pool was not kid friendly No ice machine so you had to call for ice from room service

Hotel was great beautiful beach .Very expensive restaurant for breakfast Bed was great but pillows were flat almost non existent.There is nothing anywhere around the hotel and the sign by the road reads Mauna kea resort took us 30 minutes to figure out it was the Westin Hapuna Beach. Beautiful beach very nice staff Gift shop was pricey Staff went out of their way to help us .

Still doing construction during the week which is loud and annoying when you’re at the beach or ocean. Menu at restaurant is limited and extremely expensive. Everything else was nice and great experience! I do wish there were more activities available for guests, ie ukulele lessons.
