I have to say I was pleasantly surprised!! Stayed there for 10 nights room b103. It had a lot going for it Pros: bottom floor, pool and hot tub was great and cleaned everyday! Full modern kitchen, washer and dryer, very quiet Cons: no tv in bedroom(I bought one from Walmart $88) no lock on screen door. It would have been nice to keep slider open at night, but not a deal breaker. they did have a fan in room because there is no a/c. I thought for the price was excellent! Reviews I read were not good.the furniture was not dated it’s Hawaiian style.There were no bugs at all (maybe they left food out). Bottom line If you want a clean place to stay without breaking the bank (which is very hard in Maui )this is a great choice.

We have been here twice before. You need a car. The beach across the street is not swimable but great to watch and walk. Many places to visit nearby. Better beaches 20mins drive away. We like quiet so this is a great place for us. Staff very nice, front desk to maintenance, clean, well kept. Love the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms

Since there is no air conditioning you have to keep the windows open and the neighbors below us were so loud. We loved the room and the property was really beautiful. The kids loved the pool too. We were really happy with our stay. I just wish they would have had ac that would have been really nice.

This was an excellent rental with easy parking and a very comfortable apartment. It does not have A/C, but we didn’t need it with the excellent breezes and the view was fabulous from unit 503. I might not stay here in summer when it is hotter, but the fans and windows would work well most of the year

Everything was pretty much alright except the fact that the units don’t have actual windows but rather “screens”. You can literally hear people’s steps from the bedroom. Impossible to sleep past 8am from the noises.
