It was clean and neat and close to the pool. We did call about replacing a nine volt battery in the smoke alarm that was making noise and that didn't happen, but other than that everything went well. Thanks

Not happy dirty carpets and we had bugs Not happy First room was fility dirty Carpets were terrible the walls were dirty.

Spacious & Great location

Pros: Location and space.
Cons: More bathroom towels, beach chairs and an umbrella would be great!
Location: Kamaole Beach, Makena Beach, Black Sand Beach, Shops at Wailea
My husband and I stayed in C-209 for 5 days with our 3 teenagers and 73 year old mother-in-law in July. There is a flight of stairs to enter the condo, but once in, bedrooms are on the main floor and in the loft. The 2 king beds were extremely comfortable. The pull out couch can sleep 2 small teens, but is as comfortable as can be expected. Bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking and tupperware to take sandwiches to the beach. We ate on the deck with an ocean view every night. The condo had 2 beach chairs and several beach towels- no umbrella. (We rented chairs, umbrella and snorkels from The Snorkel Store - great service!) There is a clean, quiet pool that rarely had people in it - probably because the beaches are so beautiful. I recommend having a rental car so you can swim and snorkel at all the amazing beaches. One parking spot is allowed per rental. There are several grocery stores down the street. Kamaloe Beach I, II III are down the hill and shops at Wailea are a few miles south. Pack light - you only need a few bathing suits, shorts and a t-shirt. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo near the beach- #C209

Pros: Would definitely recommend. Nice ocean view from balcony. Lay out of the condo is perfect with bedroom/bathroom in loft and one bed/bath on 1st level
Cons: Carpets were a little worn but otherwise the place was clean and comfortable
Location: Beach and snorkeling is a short walk. Grocery stores and shopping are a short drive- 1-2 miles. Restaurants are within walking distance.
Condo was clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and spices. Area is quiet, very few kids. The pool and spa were empty most of the time. Short walk to beach. Nice snorkeling areas nearby.

Great location

The condo itself was great. Very disappointed that we were not told that the pool near our unit was closed for repair even though we spoke a few days prior to arrival. Chose this unit because of the pool. Also they were installing solar panels on the roof of our unit, so, the people were on our roof early with loud equipment. Just really wish we has been informed so we could have made another choice.

Great condo near the beach...

Pros: The cleanliness and furniture of our unit, as well as the location away from the crowds of Lahaina. The close proximity to a beach was also a plus.
Cons: It was not clear that we had to register at the office upon check-in, which resulted in us receiving a parking warning the first night.
Location: Kamaole Beach is the best (right down the hill). This is far from most activities, so a rental car is necessary to explore the rest of the island.
The Maui Kamaole was the perfect place to stay with my 10-year-old daughter for a week! The condo is located far away from the hotel crowds in and around Lahaina, and is just up the hill from a great beach (Kamaole Beach III). The waves were calmer at this beach and so my daughter felt comfortable swimming. The unit was furnished and very clean, and was quiet and comfortable. It was perfect for us to cook our own meals and set our own pace during our vacation. We also rented a car for the week, which made it easy to explore the island and drive into Lahaina for some of our activities (luau and parasailing). A rental car is definitely a plus if you stay here since it is removed from the bigger towns (which also made it a great place to stay and get away)!

Great location, beautiful well kept property.

Stayed at this property for the first two weeks of November 2013. Very well kept place, no complaints at all. Had a great stay at this centrally located property. Pools were nice, short distance across the road to the beach with great snorkeling and turtles to watch. Condo had all we needed with washer, dryer, free internet, beach equipment, free parking. Enjoyed using the BBQ grill. Just had a wonderful stay and location far exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

every thing you need.

great place. A few minor things like bad batteries in the flashlight.  The pool was nice but not overly used since there is a great beach within 3 blocks. Lots of people had to go to the beach for the sunset. We just had to be on the balcony.

All amenities of home and more

We had four in our party to Hawaii and wanted a 2 bedroom accommodation. This was ideal with 2 full bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a fold out queen sofa in the living room. It was so very clean, nicely kept, and plush. So much room with a full kitchen, eating area, living room, 2 full baths, 2 large bedrooms and fully air conditioned. We had a balcony over looking the grounds that were plush with beautiful flowers and shrubs. There was a large swimming pool and hot tub open to the residents. I was very pleased and we lived like kings and queens within our budget. It was close to everything also yet secluded enough that you had complete privacy and quiet. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Oh yes one more thing Free WiFi!
