Had to call font desk to get toilet paper. We could have some if we came and got it. TV didnt work. They said someone would be there to fix it, never happened. The room smelled and the refrigerator reaked. The room wasnt clean, black mold in the shower.

The bathroom had mold. Floors were dirty. No safety grab bars in tub. Ceiling had black stains all over it. Place just wasn’t clean.

Electrical outlets in the room did not work, mold was seen in the bathroom , stained carpet in the room and items found under the bed included shoes and trash from previous guest.

Hotel was changing from a Days in to a Clarion. Days Inn sign out front covered with a canvas Clarion sign. Hard to find in dark. Was concerned about check in process. The credit card reader was not working, so clerk typed it in. Clerk asked for email then in morning when I checked out it wasn’t in system. Will definitely pay through Travelocity next time. Room did not have security lock

The pic on Travelocity and the actual appearance were vastly different. The hotel/motel is old and rundown. However, the room was clean and comfortable.
