Pillow cases were stained, towels were stained, champage glass jacuzzi was peeling painy and leaking from the faucet even when it was off. When i brought it up to the front desk they said a manager will call me at 3, never got a call. I went in person to the front desk the next morning and i wa told management wont be in today but someone will call me before the night is over. That never happened so i guess management just doesnt care how the hotel is being ran.

Pro: It's hard to beat having a pool. sauna and jacuzzi IN YOUR SUITE! Cons: Cheesy and outdated 70's decor. Not well kept. Falling apart. Lots of activities included that are only available in warmer weather. Parking map is misleading as there are no walkways from some designated parking areas. Also at least one parking area not identified that was more conveniently located to our suite. Walkway not shoveled. Icy issues on walkways throughout stay.

This was our 3rd stay. Staff were fantastic, activites were good. Rooms need an update. They used to have blue tooth speakers in the room but they no longer do, we missed having that.

Property was very beautiful what I didn’t like is the rooms were cold which forced you to but fire logs and the hot water ran out before the jacuzzi was half way full!!
