When we arrived at 11:30pm (after football game) to check in to 21C, the desk clerk said there was no record of our reservation. I went back to car to get my email confirmation from Travelocity, which luckily I brought. He still could find no record of it. There were no room left like I reserved, so he put me in a room that was priced over $200 higher. I asked him to charge me the confirmed rate, but he said management would need to handle that when I checked out the next morning. I discussed with clerk the next day when we left and he said manager was looking into it. I still don't know what amount will be hitting my credit card. If it is higher than my confirmed rate, I will be requesting a chargeback from my bank. Thanks! Steve Hamilton

HORRIBLE SERVICE! No housekeeping in a three-night stay. Ice service was spotty at best. Reservations required for breakfast?! (We did not eat there again.) Lack of response by management about our complaints. At $300 per night, we expected more than sub-Holiday Inn service.

At $300 per night we expected superior service. NOT! No housekeeping. Sporadic ice delivery. Reservations required for breakfast?! Management was made aware of our problems, and it's been almost a week to get a response. The service at 21C is worse than a stay at a Holiday Inn.

Beautiful and interesting property with an art museum in the space. The bed next to the window was drafty, and the fan on the heating and air conditioning unit was very loud when it started and ran.

Great location! Friendly and courteous staff. Upon arrival room not ready. Day 1 Gone all day sightseeing returned at3:30 and room not cleaned. U shaped room - weird,very small room Very nice bathroom and shower

Downtown Hotel

Rooms are nicely appointed but slightly small. Very nice and large bathroom. Excellent hotel and valet service. Nice restaurant and bar. Art was interesting.
