The service we got as soon as we walked in was the worst! The lady was so rude shouting at us and wouldn’t answer our questions, she would just repeat her questions louder. Was not happy at all seemed like we were disturbing her peace by trying to check in. She asked for cash deposit. We said we only have cards she said loudly CASH ONLY! (Which they conveniently have an atm in a separate room.) my husband got some cash out and she only replied room 114 downstairs and walked away. We spent 10 mins looking for a downstairs.. another guest was helping us look for a “downstairs”. They didn’t have one.. she meant on the first floor..we came back rang their bell and my husband asked how we can access the parking? She said I don’t have any space you have to park outside. I said the booking says free parking. She replied ARE YOU GOING TO BE GOING IN AND OUT? Because if you are then just park outside! We said no. She said well pull up. We brought the car and waited by the gate, and waited well since it wasn’t opening we went to the front and rang the door bell. Some man came and he asked him to open the gate, he said who said you could park in here? We said the lady who just checked us in, he said that’s my wife. But no there’s no parking inside we said she already told us there is parking! He said no you can’t. My husband then raised his voice and said we are parking inside! He then replied well then go to your car! I have to press a button! We were so irritated with the service!

The manager gave us advice for parking and accordingly we parked. Afterwards he asked us again to confirm so we don’t get towed away. He was extra helpful. We arrived like 2:09 AM due to road construction and accident. He let us stay a little extra time after 10:30 AM which was really helpful. It was beyond expectations for the price. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and cooperative.

I didn't like the location , it felt unsafe, the lady staff was very rude, hotel is old , saw bugs in my room and had to switch to another one.

one reason that I booked this room is because they have parking available and when I did the check in they told that I had to park on the street because they operate like first come first serve. They should said that when they advertised the facilities.

Cost me $20 extra to check in an hour early. The A/C was broken my entire stay, so I had to keep the window day and night. I was drenched in sweat any time I was in my room. The 8 spots for off street parking were 1st come 1st serve, if you were in before 6 PM when they locked the gate. Take your chances with on street parking. I was lucky enough to find spots not far from the hotel. I'm not sure the last time the shower stall was cleaned, but there was hardened soap scum reaching from the soap dish to the floor. The mold on the tile grout was black and growing onto the tile.The last 2 mornings there wasn't any hot water to shower with. They had towels but no wash clothes, so take your own, if you're still brave enough to stay there after what I just told you. There's a McDonald's right next door, but it's located in one of the poorer sections of the city, populated by small shops and homes.

Most disgusting hotel

This hotel should not be an option on Travelocity. Its a disgrace! Especially when you’re an avid Travelocity user like my self. I checked out 3 minutes after checking in and seeing the room. The sheets were dirty. Bathroom had mildew everywhere. Cleaning products are too cheap for a hotel to look like this. I tried to look beyond the mismatched outdated furniture...but the dirt and mildew I couldn’t.
