The pool my kids had a lot of fun. And plus the workout gym. And all the way around it was fun and we will come again 😊

The gentleman that assisted me was a sweetheart. However the checking process was a disaster. It took 4 times of me going back and forth from a room to the front desk. First room wasn’t what I had paid for which was a suite, and it was a regular smaller room. I go down he changes the room I go up and it was the same room go back down again 3 times I go back up the room was occupied/filthy. I then go back to the front desk and the gentleman had to go back up and find a room for me. Meanwhile the hotel trash cans were overflowing with trash it was hot and musty. Overall a bad experience. Should of left after the first time.

Pros: Very modern and clean, located minutes away from LAX. The food was very good at the bar and the beds were comfortable. Cons: When we arrived there was a Birthday party and Engagement party happening at the same time. There was a DJ and lots of activity so we were concerned we would hear it in our room. That was not the case. However at about midnight the party came to our floor and that was disturbing since we had a red eye flight to catch. After calling the front desk they sent security but after security left the noise continued. Granted this isnt a hotel problem, its a inconsiderate, cultural problem. But the hotel did not enforce the quiet time, and thus far has not made it right other than an ,"im sorry". All in all we will consider staying here again, however we will ask if any events are planned.

The costumer service was exceptional. The from desk clerk actually texted us daily to make sure we were happy with our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Cambria Hotel LAX. Very close to everything we wanted to see/do. About 10 minutes from Manhattan Beach, 15 minutes from Hermosa and about 1/2 hour from the LA Convention Center. Very clean rooms - excellent staff.
