We liked the beauty and history of the ship. The mattress was comfortable and room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our lunch in the cafe

The ship, bar, restaurants, and musiums were all nice but the state rooms and corridors were in pretty rough shape (nothing like the photos!).

I loved taking a step back in time and experiencing the feeling of days gone by.We loved the history and art that was generously placed all over the ship. While vintage is what I would expect, there were places in the hallways where the baseboards were in need of repair, as well as in my bathroom...a little touchup would make a difference. The restaurants were excellent! My friends and I had two rooms. We invited friends for breakfast & dinner. I'm guesstimating that our expenses topped $3K in 4 days. No one told us ahead of time about the 'event' happening Thursday-Sat evening on the property. THE CARNIVAL WAS ATROCIOUS & disgusting & ruined the grace of THE QUEEN! You can imagine our shock after a long day at our conference, returning to throngs of thousands of people and vehicles and no where to park! Unacceptable way to treat hotel guests. I happened to connect with Shantay, who worked the Front Desk, on Friday morning. She assured me she would have Valet charges removed and that there would be parking 'reserved' for us, with a shuttle, for the remainder of our stay. I double-checked w/ James at the Front, who 'saw it in the notes'. However, each night we had to weave our way through the maze, and the Bell Desk ultimately parked the car. At check-out, much to our dismay Room 445, Tavolacci, my friend who had the vehicle, had charges still billed for two of the four nights. The Customer Service personnel lacked service/caring & it unfortunately changed how we felt overall

We really enjoyed our stay on this historic ship. Check-in was easy because we arrived exactly at 4pm before the crowd. They do tack on $25 for parking and another $18.95 for resort fees. The staff were all very friendly and the room we had was very spacious. However, it was very cold and there is no heater. They did offer to turn off the AC in our room and provided us with extra comforters. There were a couple of restaurants on the boat but they were quite pricey so we brought our own food instead. The beds were so comfy and we didn't have much problems with noise during our stay. The water was hot although there was not much water pressure. Several tour were offered but they were all booked by the time we checked in and we didn't have time the next day so unfortunately we didn't get to do a tour of the boat. Overall an unusual and great experience.

No AC in the room.when we check in the attendant didn’t tel us the room AC wasn’t working, until we return later that night, the attendant let us know no other room available, didn’t have any spare fan for us ether. She say leave the windows open, but still couldn’t sleep was too hot.

Loved the wood paneling, the tour of the ship, and the proximity to the cruise terminal. The room was large and comfortable. Did not like having to catch a shuttle to get dinner; there is no restaurant close to the hotel for a latish (8 pm) dinner.

What a wonderful experience! We really enjoyed exploring the Queen Mary and touring the steel and steam engine room. So much history! So many famous people sailed the Queen Mary which made it even more special! Lots of pictures! The food and appetizers are amazing as well as their cocktails! Try the Top Deck! A very refreshing drink! Lots to explore and see! A must see!
