It was cozy and near everything I wanted to do and see. Traffic was a nightmare but it was expected.

Yes was close to the beach

Pros: It's was located near places l want to visit and short walking to them as well.
Cons: There was a little bit noise due repairs, but was bearable.
The staff was very helpful as getting around the city and tours suggestion as price and interest.
