Loved the airport shuttle, staff at hotel gave water bottles and cookies when I checked in. Lots of dining options in walking distance. Negatives, elevator made questionable jiggly shakes when going up and down that made me nervous, they had construction going on in the lobby so had to wait outside when waiting for rides or shuttle, the shower also felt like it wasn't working at times

Just be aware that if you are planning to use airport shuttle service, 1. You must call to request it and 2. It’s an outside vendor who serves multiple hotels so may take a while before you get to hotel. This wasn’t clear to us when we looked at the hotel’s website. Just stated complimentary shuttle service provided between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. Would be useful to add additional comment “call to request shuttle service” as there are others Hilton shuttles that provide service from LAX, without requiring a call. Aside from this, the staff was very friendly and pleasant, the room was great, and the food was surprisingly good.

The property is really outdated , the windows were dirty, the shower tub had rust and very dingy, it didn’t look or feel like it was cleaned very well and the room had a dirty smoke smell. Also aside from David or Danny the other woman working the front desk has horrible customer service. Worst experience wouldn’t recommend this hotel at ALL!!!
