I called for a shuttle pick up at 8:30pm..The shuttle service was terrible.. We waited over an hour for the shuttle. I called the hotel 3 times and told the lady where we were. She said the shuttle driver ran into traffic. I asked another shuttle driver how bad was the traffic he said no traffic. I never saw traffic. We saw they same shuttle drivers for other properties at least 3 times. I always stay at the Marriott, Hyatt, I’ve never had an issue. Arrived at the hotel. There was a guest in front of me yelling at the top of his lungs, cursing and swearing at the front desk agent. The guest walked outside and came back in screaming at them again. He noticed people were staring at him and he started yelling at us. Threatening. No security to be seen. When I asked the agent where was security she kind of shrugged and basically insinuated that security was non-existent or very poor. Went to the bistro and wanted to order food to go. (Blonde Hispanic lady sat us, gave us a menu. 15min later my daughter noticed she was cleaning up behind the bar.. I walked over and I told her I was still waiting to Oder and she said ooooops.. and took out order.. I had a kind day at work and then traveling. This hotel had very nice staff, but we didn’t feel safe.. my 15 yr old daughter was scared because of the angry guest yelling, cursing, and threatening the staff and customers.. I know it’s not the staffs fault, I would never stay here again because of poor security..

The property was beautiful inside and out, however, the bathroom in my room was kind of raggedy and the fire alarm in my room randomly went off as soon as I went to bed for no reason. There was no smoke, no fire, and they couldn't explain why it happened. I slept horribly the rest of the night out of fear that it would go off again 😪

My room was terrible !! Mold all-over curtains ,window seals , ceilings , carpets were damp our belongings became damp!! My husband had a caugh attack at night. Due to the bad quality of air in the room as well as the extreme humidity. We woke up just damp every morning . I brought this to hotel attention and they said they know theynneed a remodel and the conditions of the rooms are not okayyy. I dont understand why you would still rent rooms in such conditions!! They said they were unable to refund my money due to 3rd party booking i will be contacting. Travelocity customer service. I have pictures of the mold in the room
