Upon arrival they gave me wrong room. A line of people complainin about hotel. One saying bedbugs in room. Another tv wasnt working. Another air conditioning wasnt working. Another saying site didnt sat pool was closed due to covid. My room recently redone with caulking in shower that looked like a first grader did. Horrible and worse experience i have ever had using your site. Doubt i will ever use again

They canceled my room due to over booking so I need you to refund my credit card I’m sure you had many people calling you yesterday due to overbooking

Lovely stay. Very spacious room and comfortable beds. So clean! Would definitely stay there again. Quiet and peaceful and staff was wonderful. Great hot breakfast served as well.

The room wasn't clean and it smelled bad, the staff were very rude when I went to pick up some breakfast for my pregnant wife and take to her, but they were standing there like a check point and wouldn't let me to take the food anywhere, O think this is the most stupid policy I have ever come encounter with. Over all the experience was bad and I will never ever be back, I wanted to talk to a manager but wasn't there also.
