We had a fantastic stay at a Kasa Sunset near. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with Hollywood's attractions within a short distance. The service was exceptional, with a convenient textable number for guest assistance. The staff was friendly, responsive, and ensured all our needs were met. Our room was clean and spacious, featuring a large closet, beautiful kitchen, comfortable living area, and a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable for a restful night's sleep. A standout feature was the lounge and luggage storage options. We could store our bags until 6pm after checkout and used the lounge to wait out unexpected rain in the afternoon. The hotel's double security measures provided peace of mind, including an outside gate and secure front door code. One suggestion would be to provide a water bottle or install a drink vending machine in the lounge due to the lack of nearby convenience stores. Overall, our experience was excellent. From the convenient location to the exceptional service and amenities, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hollywood.

Limited communication. Front desk is virtual. At first I was very confused about all the codes to get in the building, my room, the lounge, the parking garage. Then when I checked out, everything was clean, and I was sent an email say I had broken a table! I was charged $250 and banned from staying at this hotel!! I am a 69 year old woman and would never brake a table! Obviously housekeeping broke it! I do not recommend this hotel!

Wish they had parking included because it is a bit of a hustle to find parking around every day but other than that pretty decent for the money you pay. Also nice views, although it was a bit obstructed by the commercial adv they had hanging on one side of the building

Initially, I was a little concerned about the automated check-in process and the lack of staff on site, but it was just fine. The room was nicely equipped with a full kitchen and utensils. It wasn’t anything fancy, but overall it was satisfactory. I would stay here again.

Great place! You get alot for your money in room space w/kitchen and amenities. It's your own studio apartment with privacy and accessible to all. Will definitely be back when I'm in LA which is few times a year.
