Prior to arrival, we were at informed of a couple problems that the cleaning crew had noticed to which the owner offered us a full refund and assistance in finding another place close by. Unfortunately, we were already in route and due to one of my children being handicapped, finding another place that was suitable for her in such short time sounded impossible. The owner worked with us and let us stay and instead refunded us a few nights anyways as we weren't able to use the washer or the master bath. Any problems that came up I notified the owner and she handled it in a very promptly manner.
As I read in previous comments, the on street parking was a little bit of a hassle, mostly just because parking down the street with a handicapped child and an infant or when unloading/loading from when we got there and when it was time to leave.
Also, the train does run what seemed like every hour. Which was only annoying because otherwise the neighborhood was mostly quiet so you hear the train horn so well.
Overall, we had a good stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
5 stars, especially because the owner was very prompt with handling any problems or complaints.
