Prior to arrival, we were at informed of a couple problems that the cleaning crew had noticed to which the owner offered us a full refund and assistance in finding another place close by. Unfortunately, we were already in route and due to one of my children being handicapped, finding another place that was suitable for her in such short time sounded impossible. The owner worked with us and let us stay and instead refunded us a few nights anyways as we weren't able to use the washer or the master bath. Any problems that came up I notified the owner and she handled it in a very promptly manner. As I read in previous comments, the on street parking was a little bit of a hassle, mostly just because parking down the street with a handicapped child and an infant or when unloading/loading from when we got there and when it was time to leave. Also, the train does run what seemed like every hour. Which was only annoying because otherwise the neighborhood was mostly quiet so you hear the train horn so well. Overall, we had a good stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. 5 stars, especially because the owner was very prompt with handling any problems or complaints.

This house is beautiful we had 2 rainy days and stayed in the house and we felt like we were at home, it’s cozy, they property manager provided everything we needed. It’s also pretty centric to the highways and in 20 - 30 mins you can be in downtown or Disney We are definitely booking it again next time we come to LA

Everything was just perfect for our little family.... the rocks for land scape I would cement it all loloo... other than that it was just right for what we needed...We will be back .. Thank you for letting us stay....

Communication was good, location was ok. Parking was very hard, which we were prepared for. Kitchen was limited to very small pots and old and rusty. Blender was not working. Mattress are old and very stained. Biggest issue was the AC, did not work. The tube thing going to the window was all broken and they tried to fix it with tape but we were unable to use it so was very hard for my kids to sleep at night since over 80° heat the days we stayed. Overall was ok, tried to communicate improvements to Rubi but received no reply. Would not stay here again.

I think it’s a newish listing. Property manager was attentive. I think they should get a better cleaning service, they didn’t do a good job. Overall the place was spacious and a lot of ac units.

Great house for family stay
This was a nice house. Everything was clean and just like in the pictures. The check in process was easy. Only three things that I can comment on: 1) It was sometimes difficult to find parking on the street. 2) The location is right near train tracks - the trains honk their horns in the middle of the night. 3) The air conditioning cools most of the house pretty well - except for the master bedroom. Otherwise, we had a wonderful visit to LA.

Close to great fun
The house was close to all the attractions we were interested in as a family. This included Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and LA. The house had laundry which was a plus for our family as well as a backyard with games to enjoy. Some issues did include street parking when arriving to house after we were out and about for the day but the owner was very upfront about the situation. There were several times we had to park a long way away from house but never had problems with messing with our vehichle or anything like that. There were some cleaning issues but owner was very attentive to the issues and took care of the issues quickly.
