The front door was broken, causing me to have to walk around the building in the dark through a parking garage. As a disabled person this is a problem. The lobby was inundated with air freshener, which caused me to be ill. When I was finally able to sleep the maid came and knocked in the door UNTIL I got up to answer it. It was not past checkout time, clean the room after your guests leave! There were homeless people loitering inside the lobby right next to the front desk. Bad!

The front door didn’t work, As a disabled person it was rough to drag my bags around through the parking structure in the dark. The lobby was inundated with air freshener, it made me sick. The maid woke me up knocking on doors looking for rooms to clean. No breakfast, you think they could at least throw in a water, but no I had to pay for it.

It was a pleasant stay - unremarkable but good. Basics were all done well. Very safe, the front desk is staffed 24 hours by alert employees. It’s really a hotel for business or family - it’s a nice place to sleep, no more and no less.

Nice hotel. Nothing close to walk to within 2-3 blocks other than the crepe place thats next door. But with a car everything is pretty close. This Hotel worked for me we were within 10-30 minute drive of everything we wanted to do.

We are in a pandemic, but check in was easy, quick, and Ami was polite. Our room is clean and your able to open the window, which is nice. I like there isn’t carpet in our room. The shower doesn’t have much pressure, that is the only negative I have. It’s all laminate flooring. I would definitely stay here again.
