The AC went out and when I told them they kept sending the maintenance man to the wrong room ( didn't even bother giving me a courtesy call to see why they couldn't make contact w me) they offered me a room to switch to after midnight...who wants to wake up there kids and move everything bat that time they were informed about 7pm the next day the manager basically said good luck bc there were no more rooms available for us to accommodate to and the place has cockroachs when I tried to get a refund they offered a 10 percent off I was so irritated...I called there quest Service line and was on hold over an hour finally spoke w a manager she put me on hold for another 45min I finally left a message and have yet to hear back from anyone.. horrible service dirty rooms...oh yea I also found a baby sock in my sheets...WE HAVE NO BABIES!!!

The room was very dated, there was a stain on the bedding of the bed my daughter slept in, the curtain was broken and could only open half way, the bathtub was clogged and water drained very slowly. Now I'm not sure if there were bedbugs as we did not examine the mattresses but we definitely got bitten by something on our arms and backs- all 3 of us.

Everything is what you would expect. Minus the first roach we saw, that wasn’t even that bad. It wasnt until the second roach (waterbug). It was the size of my fist and I don’t have Trump hands. I didn’t mind it too much, but my lady won’t let me forget. Breakfast was, eh, 4 out of 10, area was ok, luckily we were surrounded by the LA area, lots of other things to see. If you stay here, don’t spend too much time at your hotel, satisfactory at best.
