The room is nice, clean, nice TV but limited channels, bathroom clean, WiFi intermittently goes out and there is only a small ledge to put a laptop on if you want to use your computer. Neighborhood is kind of low brow Hollywood shops and strange people walking around (they do have a security guard in parking area evenings). Limited vending machings (Pepsi machine), lobby is dirty and dingy and the desk help is limited. But those limitations aside, it's a clean, safe, comfortable, mid-range hotel with ample parking, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.

The pool was the only thing nice about this property. The receptionist Vanessa was very rude and unpleasant. Also in our room our fridge was leaking water..

The reception desk was excellent. The young lady was very friendly and professional but the remote in the room was filthy and there was no way to buy more water.

Motel. Not close to anything on Hollywood Blvd. little sketchy but ok for one night only if there are no other cheap options. I’d say if you really have to stay on the Blvd spend some money and avoid this neighborhood

Long overdue for Upgrades and repairs

Pros: It is close to a lot of things in Hollywood and most important, it was close the the Children's Hospital where I was going to visit.
Cons: Everything, the rooms need a general overhaul. Most concerned is the safety and fire hazard around the air conditioning plug.
The room I was given was in poor condition, lots of holes in the walls, paint chipped throughout, and the plug for the air conditioner was just sort of "hanging' from the wall. The tub was so bad that it couldn't be cleaned. The first day I got a nice text from the hotel asking how things were going. When I returned to the room, I realized that they had not cleaned the room, nor given me fresh towels. I had problems with the TV and the fellow who came to fix it indicated that my room probably wasn't cleaned because of a "do not disturb" sign. Trust me, the sign was not out, I was gone from 5:30 am to 9 pm. The next morning when I talked to the front desk, they were much friendlier and assured me I would get maid service. I chose this hotel, because it did not sound like the other "cheap" hotels in the area, and it cost quite a bit more. I was very disappointed with the customer service and the condition of the room.
