This hotel was not up to par. I didn’t have great expectations but at least the elevators could’ve been working. We had to go up four flights of stairs with luggage. No room service okay I get it the virus.. but to be out of towels is unacceptable! The room was average the air conditioning made a weird noise when cutting off. The guy at the front desk was creepy and rude!!

I liked the price until I walked in and it was terrible!!!! So**LETS GET IN THE HOTEL...The elevator has been broken since late January and failed to inform us and I am disabled and they gave us a room on the 4th floor!!! There was a previous room key on the floor in our room, when we went to open the curtain to start the air there WAS someone’s dirty socks STILL in a supposedly clean room. The carpet in the room was stained and sticky and so dirty my feet were black!!!! The pillows are as if they were made of torn up fabric, the area under the sink was stained and dirty, and the sofa chair had huge stains in it!!!!! You pay for what you get!!!!

Our initial room on the third floor smells like cigarette, and it’s really bad that I had to ask for a different floor. The elevator did not work, had to walk all the way up to fourth floor. Trash on the stairs.

I would never stay there again there where stains on the wall. The mirrors look like they had prints on them and never wiped down. Towels in the bathroom where old and falling apart. The furniture had bad water damage and was all splitting and warped. All elevator where down I had to walk to fourth floor with my luggage,and they wanted to photo copy my credit card which I was not ok with. Worst hotel ever

The elevator was broken and I had a room on the 5th floor. They didn't offer to help carry up my bag, they didn't offer a price reduction, nothing.

There was no one at the desk to check me in. I called several times and then had to simply wait until the guy showed up. I left on an early shuttle and tried to fix a cup of tea on the way out. The container for the black tea was empty. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the van drivers were wonderful
