Bed was hard and uncomfortable, suite was small & no jacuzzi tub as shown in the pictures upon booking, shower pressure was terrible, tv is small, fridge didn’t work, had to enter the back of the building due to construction. Staff was nice, elevator worked, good location with lots of dining options.

Got bed bugs from this hotel!!

I got bed bugs from this hotel!!! After Terminix came to my home and confirmed that I had them in my bed room, I called the hotel & was told by the manager that they had not had any reports of bed bugs from "that" room. I asked to speak to some one higher up & was told by that person that their inspector did not find any bed bugs in that room. I asked, "What about the whole hotel? Did you have that checked also?" Answer, "no". So my claim gets handed over to their insurance company & you guessed it, I get a letter stating that "they can not be held legally liable for my damages." My damages you might ask, $* to have my bedroom sprayed, held to throw away things that my kids made, had to throw clothes, shoes, things that belonged to my grandparents. We are currently living out of garbage bags because we can not put our things back in our bedroom. So needless to say, stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Place To Stay!

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary and decided to stay at this Comfort Suites in a jacuzzi room. Room was larger than your tyical room and was very nice and clean. They staff here was excellent and very helpful! Breakfast was great! I will stay here everytime I am in Louisville.!
