We stayed to use the pool and there were two kids party's, I was told at the desk they were over at 7, I went back over and kids everywhere and the parents were letting them run wild, I got in the hot tub, jets did not work, the pool area was freezing! Breakfast was under cooked powdered eggs with soggy french toast sticks. Our room has a half used bottle of shampoo. The bed was comfy, that is the only good thing to say, will not be going back.

Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Pictures are of their newly renovated motel not connected to main hotel. Main hotel was rough. First room they put me in was straight from the 70’s and dead bugs every where. They put me in a different room and apologized. Upgrade was better, little bit nicer but very outdated. Pool was nice tho

The beds were clean and very comfortable. The layout of the room was nice. They need to update their shower/tub enclosure. It looked a little rough. Overall we feel it was a very pleasant place to stay and a good value.

The hot tub is actually hot, and staff had no control over how loud the people in the next room are. They really simplified their breakfast with no more waffles. The staff did move me so I was closer to the hot tub which I really appreciated!

Pool was far too cold to swim in. Kids ended up in the hot tub instead. My specific room didn't have any hot water. Their solution was to let me shower in a vacant room. I did not, as I did not have enough time before I needed to leave for my event. Called for several days to speak with a manager but she seems to never be there. Still haven't gotten any resolve.
