Place is undergoing a renovation, which it needs, but room and bed were clean. The staff was super nice and professional. Can’t beat the $5 airport parking and free shuttle if you are flying out of Memphis from out of town.

Very clean and very helpful staff. I liked that when I flew into Memphis all I had to do was call for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport

Early check in and they were very professional I explained that I had a non stop flight that got me to Memphis before check in and they were understanding to that and I appreciate that

Rooms were nice but carpet in other areas were dirty. There were people hanging out in front of the lobby entrance smoking.

The room we stayed in looked old. It was clean but wasnt updated like most Holiday Inn rooms I've stayed in before.

Overall the hotel felt dirty and old. The carpets were sticky feeling and left my children’s feet dirty. The room felt moist/humid leaving the sheets to feel damp. The restaurant food was mediocre at best. The server was wonderful and great with children. The shower water pressure was nice, definitely a bonus for the rest of the room being subpar. The fitness room was dark, but amply equipped with free weights, treadmills, and other equipment. Overall, the hotel deserves a 2-3 star at best.
