I feel like for this property, it would depend upon the reason for your visit, length of stay, and type of guests to determine if it's a good fit. If it's a short stay and you're planning to eat out mostly, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. If it's a longer visit and a full house, you might want to consider another property.
PROS:
- Interior is spacious and clean.
- Conveniently/Centrally located (for our needs).
- Great neighborhood (felt very safe, there are 2 amazing parks in short walking distance - one with a pool, a bodega 1 minute walk away with great cuban coffee, fresh cuban bread daily, and a variety of anything you might want/need, laundromat about 2 minute walk away and another nearby shop with miscellaneous goods.)
- Comfy beds.
CONS:
- no outdoor space whatsoever
- on a fairly busy street
- parking (esp. a large vehicle) is a little tricky (and instructions were not clear as to where to park)
- kitchen was not well equipped, so if you're planning on cooking, this might not be the place for you (there's an oven and a baking sheet, but there was no oven mitt for example [which I brought home])
- not enough cleaning supplies (particularly if you're planning on cooking - there was dish soap, but nothing to spray the counters with or a way to clean up a spill without using bath linens. I did leave the spray, all purpose cleaner, and mop I purchased.
- only tiny bars of hand soap provided (think motel - I did leave more adequate ones I bought)
