Second time here, great value and location, getting the larger rooms (suites) with a living area makes it very comfortable.

Overall this was just okay, the bed is not comfortable and there is no way to plug the bathtub nor sink for a bath etc. there was a group of girls staying next door who were being loud with the door open after 10 pm and talking in the hallway. The service is alright. Won’t be back though. Spend the extra few dollars somewhere else for a better nights sleep and more quiet.

The property is shortly staffed. The cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign and entered the room to drop off towels. Management should prioritize updating the place. The room was rundown and in poor condition. The only thing that appeared to be renovated was the bathroom, but there was little attention to detail as the shower curtain was inside out.

The property is so close to downtown Carmel. Everything is walkable. It is an older place that has been upgraded. People are very nice.
