Service is terrible. It is dirty. Infested with cockroaches. Tv does not work. States interruption with service. Can’t even watch regular cable!!!

There was a lot of unnecessary noise during the night during my stay and there exterior doors did not respond to my key card. Very disappointed

In need of renovations and better housekeeping.

Pros: Barbara was very accommodating.
Cons: Needs deep cleaning, painting, updating.
Location: Location was fine. Near wineries, wine tour, outlets.
I had three rooms reserved for one night. We needed a place to get dressed for the wedding we were attending and for sleeping. We were all travelling from out of state and returning home the next morning. I called to confirm our reservations the morning of our stay and asked if it were possible to have early check-in as the wedding started at 3:30 pm. Barbara was very gracious and said we could check-in as early as noon. We arrived at 12:30. The man checking us in said he wanted to go check the rooms to make sure they were finished being cleaned. They were and we proceeded to our rooms. That was the positive. This is the negative. This place is old, worn, and somewhat dirty. The first thing I spotted when entering was a greasy napkin under the table, then a used tissue under the corner of a bed. The upholstery on the chairs was very dirty, as were the windows. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and sounded like it was on it's last legs. It was necessary to use and it did do it's job of keeping the room cool. My family members who were staying in the other two rooms had the same issues. It's not a bad place, but none of us were comfortable and would not stay here again.

The hotel was just o.k.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast, not very clean
Better interior cleaning is needed. The breakfast could be better. The carpets were dirty. The linens and towels are old. Good pool and hot tub, but the hot tub wasn't as clean as it should be.

No Soccer family should stay here!

We travel for a soccer tournament acroos the stree from this hotel. It is a great location for the tournament. We planned to stay here two nights, and come back the following weekend, but now we won't look at this hotel. We had nothing but problems: bathroom sink had no pressure, just a drip when open fully. Door did not close-other friend family had moved out of this room and we got it with no repairs; some guest partying all night and management did not do anything about it until next day; The halls were filled with smoke. Other friend families had isues with their linnen - they had not been changed from the previous guests! Another family had some type of colored substance (apparently blood) on the couch in their room. They also had the toilet not working properly. The only good thing is that they let us move out when we asked without any additional charge.
