gross flies every where staff no help did not stay walked out try to get travelocity number from hotel staff for refund they would not give it smelled like smoke stained couch flies on that spa tub

This place had poor service at the desk. My room wasn't ready so the clerk issued me. different room with two beds but did tell me if I used the second bed they would charge me an additional fee. The rooms are very aged and the curtain was taped closed. The TV didn't work and the desk said they would fix the connection but that never happened. The parking lot was having lines painted and this was at 7:00pm on a Saturday evening but the guys were loud and really just not very professional.

We got to the hotel, very run down looking (red flag) checked in, front desk clerk didn't speak much english, went to our room and it smelled so bad of some chemical, sofa was soiled, (with who knows what) the location is pretty dumpy...we complained, we did not want to stay here, we had to pay for that night, went down the street to holiday inn express, fir the same price it was a million times better. Dont stay at this hotel

Worst quality beds I have ever slept on in a hotel hard as a rock when we complained about that room we were transferred to another room where the beds just sagged in the middle. terrible beds also the room had not been dusted in what looked like years there's a fake plant in the room absolutely covered in dust sofa cushions are collapsing into the sofa you didn't even want to sit on it I will never stay there again no matter what the price

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Pros: Absolutely nothing!
Cons: Everything. This hotel is old and in bad shape.
If there was a negative rating I would give it to this hotel. Upon check in the lobby smelled like someone had died there. The smell was nauseating. Our rooms were even worse. Sheets on the bed had stains and the rooms were in disrepair, No shower curtain in the bathtub and in one room there were stains on the wall and on a picture that was hung on the wall which looked like dried blood. Our wives refused to stay there and we gave the clerk the keys to our room and told her to cancel our remaining two nights. We agreed to pay for the first night, even though we wouldn't be staying there, and she said that a credit would be given for the remaining night. We have yet to see the credit for the other nights for the two rooms. Can someone at Travelocity check into this situation for us to ensure that we get this credit? Thanks!

never again

Pros: nothing. maybe that the bed was decent.
Cons: customer service would be my first suggestion. Many sins are forgiven if there is a hint of humanity or personality shown.
Location: Betsy's Restaurant has amazing and plentiful portions Mexican and other foods..
I was very disappointed with my stay at this location. We stayed 2 nights. We did not have a working key to the room until the second day. Customer service was horrendous. We had 4 people staying in the room and only 2 towels. The office was not open until 6:30 am. We were traveling from East coast so that was equivalent to 9:30 for us. The woman "staffing" the desk overnight came to the door and said she couldn't help us until after 6:30. The room is in poor condition. The curtains hang to the floor covering the air conditioner so you either had to leave the curtains open to have the air or have the entire flow blocked. The bed was comfortable once you set it properly on the box stand.

Bad night in run down hotel

I stayed on a Wed. night. Hotel has seen better days. The tub looked like it should have been replaced years ago. The bed was hard as a rock. The controls for the TV didnt work.There was a group of 8 construction workers partying in the room next door with beer cans all over outside on the walkway. I asked the front desk about the noise and they said it was ok they would probably stop around 11pm. At midnight it was still going. The only reason I stayed was all the hotels in San Jose were booked and I didnt want to drive a hour or more to the north side of San Jose where another hotel had an available room. Next time I'd sleep in the car than pay to stay here.

Located close to hwy 101

Not enough towels , or soap. Reluctantly gave another towel for 3rd person of which we paid for extra person. Sofa bed was in horrible shape, beat down. Great big flat screen TV however. And very good size bathroom. Unkept sidewalks and stairs.

Terrible hotel.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Needs a full make-over.
Location: Location was good for what my plans were going to be.
The room was very spacious, but dirty. Hair on floor in the bathroom and in the tub. The tub stopper did not work. Had to ask for kleenex, and a "do not disturb" sign. Refrigerator was not balanced, had to use the top of the ice bucket to keep it balanced. One of the lamps lightbulbs was burned out. Bed was like sleeping on a board. Coffee pot did not look like it had been cleaned.
