I enjoyed the stay here and it was conveniently located near 101 freeway. However, I was charged twice by hotel staff. I had paid in full when I booked but the hotel staff double charged me which was disappointing after I explained to them I had already paid.

The accommodations were fine. The loud barking dog in another room gave it a homy feeling. At 02:30 in the morning I had to wait 25 minutes with the hot water taps running in the shower and kitchen sink before there was hot water. Not the bathroom tap because the bathroom sink drain was obstructed and had been for long enough to leave signs below the sink that this is an old problem.

Did not like that the hotel was backed up to the local Walmart parking lot. Not much of a view from any of the rooms.

First that I want to say is that they do not hold the rooms that are reserved in advance.I traveled a long way to get there and my room was not available and was offer to go stay at another hotel. I said no my event was in the city. then so i had to get a 1 queen bed and the room smelt bad. Now next day i had to waste half of my day in order to get my correct room and that was not nice as i had plans to go to San Francisco, But couldn't do that cuz i was waiting for my correct room. And wanted to be with my other friends on same level and i was put on top floor. Now the next day that i jump in my and head to my event i notice my car was hit overnite in the parking lot of hotel. i told them and i they said we are sorry but
