Toilet paper on the role was dirty, dead insect on bathroom counter. Staff was very friendly. Place is old, property well maintained.

Great place to stop for the night and get warm. 5min away from the falls. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. We were worried about the weather and the staff even gave us an extra portable heater to give us more comfort. Superb customer service!

Musty old smelling room. Freezing cold, 17 outside, heat not turned on even tho we had a reservation. Sat with my coat on for an hour before it was warm. Noisy heater, leaky windows, no bath mat. Dirty carpet. Pros: clean, comfy bed, quiet.

This is an old motel. Nice vibe. Owners are doing what they can to make it a nice stay. Sheets and towels were thick cotton. Room was clean. Kind sized bed made room look small. Beautiful grounds with picnic table, bbq and bird aviary
