Very nearly perfect EXCEPT we were surprised to find out after 2 days that the card included with our room Key which boasted having Wi-Fi and coupon for free bottle of wine , failed to state the Wi-fi offered in Hotel and grounds was at a fee of $9.95 per day! All other hotels offer Free Wi-Fi ! AND although I expected $4.00 fee for room service, they also hit us with an additional 20% fee !! And charged $16.00 for 2 Pots of coffee when 2 cups were ordered. We also tipped the delivery boy not realizing! SO I would recommend the hotel but DO NOT order room service and DO NOT accidentally turn the Wi-Fi on your phone!

One of Favorite Hotels in Naples, Florida

Pros: I think I summed it up above.
Cons: Their room service menu appeared to be shorten. We liked it when it had more appetizers to offer.
Location: The location is great as it is on the beach. It is only about a mile to downtown Naples and accessible to all other parts of Naples.
The hotel has a lot to offer from the beach being right there, two pools (one for adults only), bar and restaurant on the beach (plus a pool bar/restaurant) to a band every Sunday night. It also has a little take out restaurant open all day that has great breakfast to sandwiches (reasonably priced). There is a great full breakfast place across the street where the spa, fitness center, and golfing are.

Love the tiki bar, not so much on the food

Enjoy the whole atmosphere the orchids in the lobby are awesome the valet guys are Johnny on the spot if they know how to drive a stick shift LOL

On the beach

The beach is fantastic. White sand and clear water. The staff is pretty attentive although I don't like that they take the towels off if the lounges you've rented if you go to the pool area or into a restaurant for lunch. Lounges and umbrellas on the beach are expensive and should be left alone unless the guest indicates that they are not returning. The rooms in the main tower are dated. The gulf view rooms in the main tower have their views marred by a very large roof area over the meeting rooms of the hotel. Balconys are tight and if sitting you cannot see over them. Another guest (a regular) told me that you must only stay in "The Patio" rooms. They are better. There are a lot of families so the pool area is crowded and noisy. There's a very tiny quiet pool. Live music at the bar the nights we were there. Food selections are limited but good quality. Food is very expensive. Our 4 day stay added $1,300 in food and lounge/umbrella rentals for 3 people.

Nice, but be ready to pay for everything

The hotel was a great for location and service, but was a little shocked about all the additional cost to stay there (wifi, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc). Our room was your typical 2 queen room, but our patio/front door was right in front of the stairs and walk way for everyone on the floor. The staff unfortunately could not accommodate a change in room request to get away from the walking path.

Outstanding location, on the beach.

Nightly entertainment by the beach bar. Really close to the old Naples shopping district on 5 Avenue. It's a 1.2 mile walk from the hotel to downtown 5 Avenue shops and restaurants through really nice neighborhoods. Staff was excellent and responsive.
