Dear Anonymous, I am sorry to hear you did not find our hotel sufficient for your stay. Our staff is required to speak English in-order to be considered for employment, we practice equal opportunity employment thus do not discriminate against people based on accents...etc. Baymont Inn and Suites has gone through and is still in the process of renovations and can assure you there is no mold underneath our brand new carpets, around our new a/c units, mattresses, and or tile floors. We also do daily inspections of the rooms for bugs and get regular pest control to ensure we stay bug free. Also we can not verify any claims made by this review since no complaints was every made to the front desk or the housekeeping department. We take all complaints very seriously and advised guest leave feed back with their name and room number so the hotel can follow up and ensure all issues, if found, are addressed.
